Politique de confidentialité

1. What we collect

  • Photos you upload — used to run pose detection and generate your fit report, stored so you can revisit your history. If you run an analysis while logged out, your photo and fit report are still stored, kept for up to 7 days, and deleted automatically unless you create an account or sign in to claim them within that window.
  • Account data — email address and authentication details, managed by our auth provider, Clerk.
  • Fit reports — the joint angles and pass/warn/fail results computed from your photos.
  • Billing data — Fit Session pass status and payment details, handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.
  • Basic usage data — request logs needed to operate and secure the Service (e.g. rate limiting, quota enforcement).

2. How we use your data

We use your data to run the analysis you request, save your history so you can track changes over time, enforce free-tier quotas, and manage Fit Session passes. We do not sell your data.

3. Where your data is stored

Uploaded photos are stored in a Google Cloud Storage bucket, keyed to your account. Analysis results and account references are stored in MongoDB Atlas. Authentication is handled by Clerk, and billing by Stripe. We use Sentry for error monitoring and, only after you accept cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, session replay to help us diagnose bugs.

4. Data retention and deletion

We retain your photos and fit history for as long as your account is active, so you can review past analyses. If you run an analysis without an account, that photo and fit report are retained for up to 7 days, then deleted, unless you sign in or create an account within that window to attach it to your history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

5. Third parties

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Pedalyze: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (storage), MongoDB Atlas (database), and Sentry (error monitoring and, with your cookie consent, session replay). We do not share your photos or fit data for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to export it. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use minimal cookies/local storage needed for authentication sessions and to remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service, but only after you accept this in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — it is not loaded until you opt in, and you can decline or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
