By accessing or using Pedalyze (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Pedalyze analyzes side-on photos of a rider on a bike and returns estimated joint angles compared against reference fit ranges. Results are automated estimates for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for a professional bike fit or medical advice.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant Pedalyze a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your fit report. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and for not uploading photos of anyone without their consent.

The Fit Session is a one-time, non-recurring purchase processed through our payment processor (Stripe). It is not a subscription: there is no renewal and nothing to cancel. Payment grants full access to the Service for 30 days from purchase, after which access ends automatically. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to process content you don't have rights to.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Angle measurements are estimates derived from computer vision models and photo quality; they may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied on as the sole basis for fit, medical, or safety decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pedalyze is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
